Vibrant and smooth
Having used many types of coloured pencils over the years, these are by far the best for my craft. They are vibrant, smooth yet hard enough to give definition. Love them

i haven't had chance to use them properly yet, but the little play i have had is quite pleasing
Audi versus Rolls Royce
Very pleasent. After having used Blick Studio Pencils for a year (excellent, lightfast pencils, but with many of them having hard cores, needing a hard hand, making subtle blends hard work) , this is my first time with Arteza colored Pencils and the first time that I have a big smile on my face, while coloring with these Arteza's. They lay down colour easily and smoothly, make blends a breeze, have intens, daring colours and hold their points well. Also, these pencils look very nice, they are the prettiest pencils on the market with the colournames easily readable and all of them so neatly, sparkly and shiny. I also own Caran d'Ache Luminance pencils (bought them with an unexpected, unrefusable discount at the same day as the Arteza's) , which very justly are called the best colour pencils in the known universe, but if C.d'A Luminance is the Rolls Royce of pencils, then these Arteza's are surely the Lamborghini.'s. I love this product!
Before receiving them I had heard numerous comments about these pencils, some were very pleased with them, some not so much, so I didn't know what to expect. But I have to say, these are some of the best coloured pencils I have ever tried! They are soft but not to the point where they crumble, they don't leave wax bloom behind, and they are hard enough to create details such as fur or feathers. And, best of all, the black layers on top of everything, no matter how many layers of other pencils you have already added. They resemble some Japanese pencils I have bought and that are so, so much more expensive than these. Lovely and I will definitely repurchase them again.
